Abstract

The article presents a conceptual design for an intelligent system for access control and attendance reporting, generation of study schedules, and authentication using dynamically generated QR codes. A distinctive feature of the system is that each user receives a dynamically generated cryptographic key that integrates into the generation of a QR code and does not allow malicious actions on the part of users, serving for secure identification when entering and exiting buildings and premises. Software and hardware requirements for efficient and secure operation of the system are discussed, as well as applicability within educational institutions, offices, events, and other environments where strict access control is needed. Ideas for future development are also presented, including integration with biometrics, blockchain technologies and analytical tools for predicting presence, which makes the system sustainable, scalable and aligned  with modern digital requirements.
