Journal was created in January 2010 by EduSoft Publishing. It was managed by EduSoft until Issue 3, Volume 10, 2019.

Based on the contract between EduSoft Publishing and Asociatia LUMEN (LUMEN Publishing House), starting with the Issue 4, Volume 10, 2019, and finishing with Issue 2, Volume 15, 2024, the Journal was published by LUMEN Publishing House, on behalf of EduSoft (in cooperation with, maintaining the Scientific Committee).

The content of the journal until August 2024 is available in mirroring both on

and
https://www.edusoft.ro/brain/index.php/brain/index (Academia EduSoft).

Starting with Issue 3, Volume 15, Ocober 2024, the journal is managed, edited and owned only by EduSoft.
