We are pleased to inform our readers, contributors, and partners that, beginning with Issue 2 of Volume 16 (2025)BRAIN. Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience has increased the number of articles published per issue from 25–28 to 30–35.

This expansion reflects the growing visibility and academic recognition of our journal, which has significantly increased since EduSoft Publishing resumed active editorial leadership. Several key factors have contributed to this progress:

  • Enhanced visibility of BRAIN through academic promotion at high-profile events, such as the Galatia Conference in Galați, Romania, and the BRAIN Symposium in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

  • broad geographic diversity of authors, in line with our editorial policy to encourage international contributions and a multidisciplinary exchange of ideas.

  • Increased promotional efforts across academic networks, conferences, and online platforms.

Despite this growth, we remain committed to maintaining rigorous academic standards. All submissions undergo a strict double-blind peer-review process, and we proudly maintain a rejection rate of 55%, meaning that the acceptance rate is now 45%, reflecting our commitment to publishing only high-quality, impactful research.

Furthermore, in recognition of outstanding academic contributions, we are introducing a policy by which exceptional articles of significant scientific value may be exempted from article processing and publication fees, at the discretion of the editorial board.

We thank our contributors and readers for their continued support and look forward to receiving more groundbreaking research in the fields of artificial intelligence and neuroscience.
