Abstract:
Background: although the exact pathogenesis of auditory hallucinations is not yet known, some suggested the impairment of perception and processing of auditory information as a possible explanation. So, the aim of this study is to evaluate auditory pathways of schizophrenic patients using auditory brainstem responses (ABR).
Methods: schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations and age and sex matched healthy non-relative controls were recruited in this case-control study. Scale for assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS) was used for rating the severity of hallucinations. Then, ABR recorded from all participants and the latencies of waves I, II, III, IV, V and inter-peak latencies (IPL) of waves I-III, III-V were analyzed on both sides. Chi squire and independent t tests were applied for statistical analysis. P-value≤0.05 was considered significant.
Results: 39 patients and 35 controls were included. Latencies of waves III and V and IPL of III-V were significantly prolonged on the left side. Disease duration had no influence on the results.
Conclusion: there is a link between abnormal ABRs and auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients that indicates dysfunction and abnormal asymmetry of auditory pathways in these patients.

Abstract:
Home Health Care Service (HHC) is a continuously growing new model in the healthcare sector. In HHC, patients are treated in their homes rather than at a healthcare provider. Treatment of patients in their own homes reduces health expenditures and increases the patient satisfaction at the same time. In HHC, the patients to be visited during the work day are determined in advance, necessary visits are made to the patient addresses, and treatment and care are provided to the patients at home. In this study, it was demonstrated that HHC problem can be solved by modelling it in a manner similar to Capacity Restricted Vehicle Routing Problem (C-VRP). In the new model obtained, the vehicles included in C-VRP, healthcare teams, the number of vehicles on hand, the number of healthcare teams active, customer addresses, patient addresses, vehicle capacity, daily working time of healthcare workers, the amount of load to be delivered to the customer, time to be spent for patient care or treatment at patient addresses were all included. Then, the obtained model was tried to be solved by using a heuristic approach. Experimental studies have shown that it is possible to prepare routes for patient visits in a way that does not exceed the daily working time of health workers.

Abstract:
As part of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the emergence of Artificial Intelligence will change almost all economic activities, and it will create enormous social and economic opportunities. It will also pose major challenges, accompanied by ethical dilemmas.
The present study focuses on the perceptions of current employees predominantly from the IT area, on the development of AI. The aim is to capture the attitudes they have towards the emergence and the development of AI, the impact that it might have on certain sectors of social life and people in general. We sought for the 280 online surveyed subjects to have been employed for at least 6 months, assuming that being already anchored in their professional lives might reduce their biasness. The working methodology allowed us to process and interpret data both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study could be used to predict possible changes that could occur in the future as an effect of the development of Artificial Intelligence, but also to reduce the negative impact that it could have.

Abstract:
This study is motivated by Robinson's Cognition Hypothesis and aims to investigate the impact of task grading along reasoning demands dimension on syntactic complexity in English as foreign language writing. The participants of the study were 90 intermediate EFL learners from three intact classes at, and a Control group. At first, the students in all groups took part in the writing pre-test which was a picture story description task. Next, the treatment sessions including 8 sessions of picture description task performance began, during which the first experimental group received a series of picture description tasks in a randomized order of cognitive complexity. The second experimental group received the same tasks, but ordered from simple to complex based on their required reasoning demands. The control group, however, did not receive any picture description tasks; rather they received some typical writing activities and performed extra writing tasks from the course book. Finally, during the last session, the post- test was administered to all participants. The results of the data analysis through Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) using the SPSS software showed a significant positive impact for sequencing tasks from simple to complex on syntactic complexity of Iranian intermediate EFL learners.

Abstract:
Background: Ghrelin and obestatin are an effective peptides for regulating energy balance, which investigating them change caused by physical activity are important. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of aerobic exercise on plasma ghrelin and obestatin of obese and overweight women.
Material and Methods: This quasi-experimental research was conducted in Rasht in 2018. In this research, 24 obese and overweight subjects were selected and randomly divided into two groups of aerobic exercise (N = 12) and control (N = 12). The aerobic exercise group performed an aerobic exercise program for 8 weeks in three sessions of 60 to 70 minutes. Acylated ghrelin, obestatin and body composition of the subjects were measured before and after 8 weeks. Data were analyzed by using SPSS software and T test.
Independent t-test revealed no significant difference between the levels of plasma ghrelin,
Results: The results showed that after an aerobic training period there was no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of ghrelin and obstatin (p > 0.05), However, BMI showed a significant decrease in aerobic training group (p < 0. 05).
Conclusion: In conclusion, this exercise regimen had a positive effect on reducing BMI which is related to Slight changed ghrelin and obstatin responses over time. This finding lends support for a role of exercise in Nervous systems that stimulated some anabolic hormones such as ghrelin and abstatin and it can change relationship between ghrelin, obestatin and some body composition indexes.

Abstract:
The flipped classroom method, where in-class and non-class activities are translocated, is accepted as one of the new generation teaching models. The aim of this study is to reveal students' views on the use of social media in the teaching process based on the flipped classroom approach. This study is a qualitative action research and opinions of the participants were taken through semi-structured individual interviews. The study found that although the initial thoughts of the students about the social media supported flipped classroom method were negative, the final and the general thoughts were positive, that it improved in-class/ non-class communication and interaction, facilitated learning and increased motivation. The negative aspects of this method were found to be distractibility stemming from advertisements and notifications on social media, irrelevant negative comments, need for internet connection or excessive use of internet and feeling of being under constant surveillance. Video ads uploaded on YouTube and the students' consuming up their mobile data plans come to the fore as a disadvantage. The majority of the students expressed Kahoot activity as an incentive for watching videos.

Abstract:
Undoubtedly, perfectionism is one of the personality traits that can be both constructive, useful and positive, as well as neurotic and abnormal (negative). In other words, positive and negative perfectionism have different effects on individuals' personality and efficiency. When perfectionism is unhealthy and abnormal, it can lead to disorders such as obsession, depression, anorexia nervosa, personality disorders, anxiety disorders (social anxiety) and so on. And if perfectionism is used in a healthy way and to enhance personal and motivational abilities, it will lead to self-efficiency. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perfectionism and children's academic achievement. The findings of the test and analysis of research hypotheses indicated that the effect of all independent variables on the dependent variable has been significant. Therefore all the research hypotheses were confirmed. Also, the effect of perfectionism on students' academic achievement and self-esteem has been more than other variables.

Abstract:
The Insurance industry has lately been associated with financial steadiness, security of government programs, enhancing trade and overall growth of a national economy. The industry however continues to experience very low penetration. Kenya has a penetration rate of 2.3% compared to South Africa's rate of 7.6%. Insurance firms in Kenya are under considerable pressure from their customers and the regulator to invest in service blue print as a measure of analysing the impact of their service quality which is a result of their service innovations and enhanced processes or systems which are supposed to improve customer satisfaction and hence profitability. This study analysed the relationship between service blue print dimension and customer satisfaction in the insurance industry in Kenya. The study adopted a causal research design. The unit of analysis was 17 licensed composite insurance companies in Kenya with a unit of observation of 400 policy holders sourced from insurance company records. Primary data was collected using a semi-structured questionnaire which was self-administered. R-Gui was the main statistical software. The study applied the linear mixed-effect models of structural equation modelling (SEM) considering the multi-level structure of the data collected. A significant fixed effect coefficient estimate of 0.154 was established, implying that increasing the levels of service blue printing as perceived by a customer by one unit would result into an increase in the level of Customer Satisfaction by 0.154. The study concluded that a client who perceives efficient and effective service processes from his/ her insurer is bound to have higher satisfaction than a customer who does not perceive efficient and effective service processes from their insurer. Service blue printing however, does not significantly affect the variations of customer satisfaction between the insurance companies. The study recommends that insurance industry firms invest in service blue prints as a strategy of achieving maximum customer satisfaction. Service blue print will improve interactions between customers and service providers by acting as a service lens and they should be developed as a service innovation technique that may enable discovery of potential innovations that may have otherwise been overlooked. The insurance company can adopt service blue print as a benchmark for accreditation standards.
