Abstract:
The attribution of biological sex and age are important aspects in forensic medicine investigations in establishing the identity of unknown skeletal remains. Where remains are incomplete or have been compromised by damage or fragmentation, this can affect the accuracy to which sex and age can be determined and require the development of other tecniques using different bone elements or isolateed bone elements. The objective of the paper was to conduct a descriptive and inferential analysis on certain parameters studied on the lumbar spine with implication in estimating sex and age. The present study used 149 images of magnetic resonance of the vertebral lumbar column, on which the authors perfomed a large-scale analysis of three parameters measured on the RM images from a modern Romanian population. The results of the study found that mostly all variables analysed are involved in evaluation of sexual dismorphism. Regarding age prediction, in this study we conclude that some analyzed parameters are important in providing significant age differences. The present work is a novelty in the field and brings more originality, as it took into account all 5 lumbar vertebrae. The lumbar vertebrae can reliably providing an additional element to the growing list of postcranial skeletal elements that can aid in developing the biological profile of unidentified human remains. However, we need further studies with a larger number of images and to derive population-specific discriminant and regression functions.

Abstract:
According to world-wide statistics, schizophrenia is the most common mental illness identified in people who commit this type of murder. Also, there are slight associations between matricide which is often committed by the sons and patricide which is often committed by daughters. Most of the perpetrators in cases of parricide are under the age of 30, with adolescents covering a big part of the chart. The age of schizophrenic debut, the psychiatric and social attendance of the patients, the active psychotic symptoms, with hallucinations and paranoid persecution ideas but also, the affective inversion towards close friends and family members are frequently found in people who commit parricide. Also, psychotic symptoms and schizophrenia-like clinical aspects can appear in other mental disorders such as mental retardation, dementia or bipolar disorder. The subject is extremely complex as it has to be understood through the characteristics of the mental illness, the basic family relations, the personality of the victims, and last, but not least, the discernment issue that gives more heaviness to the juridic and social involvements of these cases.
We hereby present the case of a 17-year-old girl, from the forensic psychiatric board, diagnosed with mental retardation and psychotic symptoms that murdered her father by multiple strikes in vital areas with blunt and sharp objects. We will assess the familial, social and psychological aspects of the case, revealing the implications of mental illness and forensic psychiatry in law enforcement and social services.

Abstract:
The term biometrics derives from Greek (bio=life and metrics=measure) and implies the measurement of biological signs. Biometrics is the science of recognizing people based on their physical, behavioral, and physiological attributes, such as fingerprint, face scan, iris, retina, and voice. The present paper aims to develop a study on biometric identification. The major objective of the study is to conduct a survey among the Romanian population on the importance and knowledge of biometric identification methods. This objective was achieved by assessing the knowledge held by the general population of Romania regarding biometric indicators and the degree of adaptability and openness of citizens related to the widest possible implementation of biometrics. The study was based on conducting a quantitative analysis using a questionnaire. Due to the high degree of accessibility, the online environment was chosen as a method of application, distribution being made through social networks. A biometric template digitizes the human body, it has been argued that the collection of biometric identifiers not only interferes with the privacy and right to protection of a person's data, but also with the integrity of an individual's body. In conclusion, the creation and storage of a unique biometric template must be seen in relation to the purpose of the operation. The protection of citizens from criminal activities is a primary obligation of the state. However, it must be exercised with due respect for a number of fundamental ethical values and in the light of modern human rights law.

Abstract:
Industry 4.0 brings with it irreversible transformation processes hitherto unknown to the world. The need for business transformation becomes obvious. The introduction of new technologies changes all aspects of business activities: structure, systems, personnel, procedures and rules, goals and objectives, corporate culture, and relationships with other elements of business: suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. Often it is a question of changing the business model, which fundamentally changes all the principles of the company's activity. In this context there is a serious question: what change strategy to apply for its successful implementation. How will this strategy differ from the usual understanding of strategy and what are the factors of its success? Therefore, the purpose of this study is to justify an approach to change strategy in the context of instability, dynamism and fragility associated with Industrialization 4.0. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that strategy in the classical view can no longer produce such an effect and therefore the new digital strategy is fundamentally different from previous approaches. The methods of this study are: the analysis of concepts and synthesis of theories of change management and strategic management, also an empirical study was conducted to identify the peculiarities of change implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Moldova, after which conclusions and recommendations were substantiated in the field of changing the approach to change strategy in these companies. As conclusions, the main directions of change strategy development for SMEs in the Republic of Moldova are discussed.

Abstract:
In this paper we present the manner in which René Descartes discovered the principle of the autonomy of the spirit as a Mathesis Universalis, as a universal science, his perception being much different from the medieval scholastic one, where the intellect corresponded with the sensible reality. Descartes reversed this suitability, considering that the intellect should not be guided by things and build judgments according to them, but, on the contrary, things are analyzed according to the intellect's abilities to give them meanings and sense, to make them intelligible.
Firstly, we will demonstrate that, for Descartes, the very existence, the reality of a thing depends on this light of the intellect that unifies all knowledge through Mathesis Universalis. For the French philosopher, order and measure, captured by Mathesis Universalis, become the qualities by which God, the only perfect Being, created the Universe that obeys a coherent mathematical model.
Secondly, we will highlight the fact that the starting point of this new metaphysics could be found in Descartes's view that God cannot be considered deceptive, that the world is not the creation of an evil and cunning Genius.
In conclusion, knowledge through Mathesis Universalis leads the spirit to that place where the reasons of universal peace can be founded, whose purpose is to overcome those structures of the imaginary that wing the irrational drives dressed in the clothes of war and death.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the types, perspectives and trends of inclusive education management in a multifaceted manner, in particular, the experience of Western Europe today and during the last decades is analyzed. This is done with the aim of finding the most effective models or at least predicted appropriate recommendations for reforming inclusive education management.
The general approach to writing the article is review-analytical with modeling elements. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to generalize the current trends in the management of inclusion in the world as a neuropedagogical principle of inclusive education in the context of management activities and to understand the theoretical conditions of reforming such management, taking into account the European experience.
According to the authors, the relevance of the article is due to the contradiction between the managerial (vertical) and self-initiative (horizontal) intentions in inclusive education.
As a result, it was possible to formulate a number of recommendations and find common problems and directions for the development of Ukrainian and European inclusion. The main trend that should be developed is the reduction of the management of state powers and the introduction of self-management principles based on the personal motivation of subjects of inclusion (self-directed behavior) within the most extended legal and power framework.

Abstract:
Total technologization inherent in the present encourages economic units, and especially enterprises, to adapt to the requirements of the era of the digital economy. In order to achieve the main goal of activity, entrepreneurs need to make decisions, applying not only generally accepted economic knowledge, but also take into account the emotional state, values and ethical preferences of their consumers.
The issue of synergistic application of digital capabilities and scientific achievements in brain research and their adaptation to the economic sphere in business activities is becoming relevant. The purpose of the study is the analysis of entrepreneurial activity in the era of the digital economy in the aspect of neuroeconomic development.
A high technical and intellectual level in the era of the digital economy requires entrepreneurs to be constantly up-to-date. An interdisciplinary approach is becoming more effective in training entrepreneurs, which includes not only economic and digital sciences, but also psychology and neurophysiology, which allows expanding the methodology and deepening knowledge about a person. The study of the influence of brain activity on the emotional mood and preferences of consumers has modified standard marketing approaches. The synthesis of marketing science with neurophysiology expands the opportunities of entrepreneurs to study customer preferences and improve their products.
Synthesizing the economic meaning of enterprise activity and the way to achieve this meaning led to the digitalization of business activity. Innovative solutions of enterprise activity and the use of digital technologies are the key factors in the development of contemporary enterprises.

Abstract:
The article discusses the issue of music education for children with special needs in children's art schools. It highlights the most relevant problem, namely, insufficient knowledge among music school teachers and art school teachers about the peculiarities of development and learning of such children. Besides, a significant gap in today's music education is the lack of appropriate methods and techniques of music instruction that are suitable for learners with special educational needs. The article shows the most common disorders that allow for education in children's music schools, reveals the difficulties encountered in teaching children with developmental delays and provides corresponding recommendations. The authors of this article believe that principles widely applied in corrective pedagogy can contribute to music education in children's art schools. These principles include minimization, accessibility, cyclicity, intensification and comprehensiveness. When adapted to music pedagogy, they can be successfully incorporated into the educational process. Also, the article defines the category of children with special needs and describes a creative approach to preparing inclusive music lessons. Finally, it characterizes inclusion in music for children with developmental delays in mental and language abilities and identifies the role of neuropedagogy in inclusive music education.

Abstract:
Numerous studies have consistently underlined the significance of personality characteristics in rugby, emphasizing how these traits influence an athlete's performance, interactions within the team, and overall success in the sport. Rugby, being a physically demanding and mentally challenging team sport, requires a diverse set of personality characteristics to excel. The aim of this paper is to assess the agreeableness, the main factor of personality, and its facets, among rugby male and female players, junior and senior. Thus, we consider that between junior and senior rugby players there are some statistically significant differences, depending on their gender, in terms of agreeableness and its facets. In this regard, 99 rugby players were investigated, 51 senior players (male=28, female=23), with an average age of 24 and 22 years, competing in the National Rugby 7's Championship and 48 junior players (male=23, female=25) with an average age of 15 years. To assess agreeableness, the Big Five Questionnaire ©plus_short was utilized. This tool investigates all personality factors, including extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, and openness, and it was developed and validated for the Romanian population in accordance with the Big Five model. The individual results were generated and interpreted by the PsihoProfile platform, and the values of the five meta-factors and their facets were analyzed using the Anova statistical test. The study results revealed that, overall, there are similarities in the level of agreeableness and its facets among rugby players. Nonetheless, statistically significant differences were observed in the level of agreeableness and its facets based on the athletes' gender and age.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to establish if high-velocity, low-amplitude manipulation (HVLA) combined with therapeutic massage can improve cervical spine mobility, particularly neck lateral flexion, on the left and right sides, given that lateral neck flexion is 90 degrees. The sample of 75 participants was comprised of 35 men (46.6%) and 40 women (53.3%), all of whom were between the ages of 20 and 60 and were divided into four groups based on their average ages: 20 to 30 years, 31 to 40 years, 41 to 50 years, and 51 to 60 years. These groups were further subdivided into two groups by gender, male and female. Patients' lateral flexion was measured with a goniometer, which displays the angle of lateral flexion before and after treatment. C1-C7 vertebral level and shoulder joint level HVLA procedures were conducted. The therapeutic massage concentrated on the trapezius, sternocleidomastoid, platysma, splenius, and semispinalis muscles using relaxing techniques. Each patient's left and right elbow lateral flexion was measured with a goniometer following HVLA manipulations and therapeutic massage to see whether or not there was a significant increase. After combining the findings and measurements, we were able to determine that these combined methods increase the cervical spine joint mobility of the 75 participants by a mean of 12.36 degrees.

Abstract:
We will go along the presumption that the schizoid/schizophrenic dimension is a constitutional element of the postmodern world. We will further explore especially the speed-induced schizoid/schizophrenic trait, starting in existentialism and beat, and coming into its own in science-fiction or rather in Philip K. Dick's fiction, and also in pop culture or rather in Andy Warhol's hoarding philosophy of life. We will finally get right into the core of the schizoid/schizophrenic idiom, which turns out to be roughly similar to the postmodern discourse.

Abstract:
This paper supports the idea that the epistemology of Psychology had a fairly progressive line of development, and it was not only an incessant swing between the primacy of two opposing perspectives: from out-side in and from in-side out. Although the recessive dynamics of these two metaphysical principles of Person Constructs Reality and Reality Constructs Person (Buss, 1978) was the critical marker of any major paradigm change from the history of Psychology, the development of psychological thinking has presupposed, in addition, a general evolutive path. I will demonstrate that these combined movements of alternation and progression form a unique complex sense of epistemological development of Psychology accompanying the corresponding development of human personality level of self-reflection.
In contrast to pessimistic viewpoints suggesting that the reflexivity inherent in this dual paradigm shift consigns the field of Psychology to an eternal return, it actually elevates the evolution of human self-reflective consciousness to a collective plane of self-reflexivity.
The final considerations are made about the current mainstream of psychological research and unreflexively practices detrimental to the substantiation of a Humanistic Psychological Science, which become vital in the Age of artificial intelligence.

Abstract:
Gender difference is an actual problem of gender differentiation, traditional cultural restrictions potential depending on gender, health status, understanding and creating conditions for maximum self-realization and disclosure of girls' abilities. The purpose is to research and analyze the characteristics of the manifestation of gender differences in the population's desire for self-realization and rural development. The research methodology is generalization, analysis of the results of scientific research on the specified problem. The study highlights the main, most significant differences in the perception of problems and prospects of rural development from the point of view of gender. The specifics of gender type in self-perception, self-realization, self-actualization, self-improvement are considered; the results of the research, the study of the opinion of the villagers regarding the actual issues of the activity and development of the community. The analysis of the research results proved the impact of gender differences on the determination of priority spheres of society's life and the readiness to actively participate in their implementation, which once again confirms the need to take into account gender characteristics in the strategy of village development and to define gender heterogeneity as an aspect of neuropsychology. The article reveals the definitions of the concepts "gender", "gender approach" from the point of view of representatives of various scientific areas: philosophy, psychology, neuropedagogy. The importance of the implementation of the gender approach for the modern education system is revealed, which allows us to think about the need to apply the gender approach as an integral element of the organization of the educational process.

Abstract:
The importance of the article is underscored by the fact that the development of a child's personality in the paradigm of today's education requires special study, since the lack of generally accepted methods for forming key competences does not allow the competence-based approach to learning to develop fully. This article is based on the idea that the approaches, methods, systems and technologies widely known in pedagogy can be applied for their formation. The aim of the article is to show that the implementation of the problem-based approach contributes to the formation of key competences and development of a child's personality in the paradigm of today's education. The evolution of the educational paradigm, the whole education at different historical stages was formulated differently. Depending on the level of development of society, changes in economic formation and other reasons, different requirements were imposed on the result of the educational process. Currently, a new educational paradigm is being formed. This formation process is quite complicated. It is characterized by the fact that the previous paradigm based on the system of KSA (knowledge, skills, ability) no longer meets the requirements of modern education. The need, first and foremost, to organize and apply in practice an ever-growing volume of knowledge does not correspond to the orientation in learning to their reproduction. The article presents the essence of the competence approach, investigates the essence of the problem approach; presents the effectiveness of the problem approach within the competence approach; outlines the limits of the problem approach, outlines the development of personality in the paradigm of current neuropedagogy.

Abstract:
Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a common side effect of many anticancer drugs that may cause various symptoms altering the quality of life. We conducted a systematic review to evaluate the peripheral and central nervous system changes associated with CIPN and detected by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Medical literature databases (PubMed, Scopus, Thomson Reuters - Web of Science and Embase) were searched for original studies reporting the use of MRI in the evaluation of CIPN. A total of 31 studies were identified and 9 were eligible for analysis. Results indicate few changes of the peripheral nervous system, most CIPN-associated nervous alterations involving pain processing areas and circuits inside the central nervous system. Distinct patterns of pain processing, changes in cerebral perfusion and gray matter density together with chronic activation of somatosensory areas have been observed in patients with CIPN compared to healthy subjects or cancer patients who did not develop CIPN. Identification of vulnerable brain areas and circuits may indicate future targets for novel therapies directed to prevent or treat CIPN. A preexisting vulnerability suggested by a unique pattern of brain activation following nociceptive stimulation prior to chemotherapy could help identify high-risk individuals, candidates to close monitoring and preventive strategies.

Abstract:
Suicide-related issues are among those that have been the focus of philosophers of all time. The attitude to the problem of suicide as a social phenomenon from biblical times to the present should also be talked about by today's students, so the research work with gifted students will be effective, because today's children wonder who they are, what their mission is and the meaning of life and death raises the question of the social meaning of suicide. Philosophy and religion, law and duty, social and public are intertwined here. Christianity considers suicide a sin. Although there are examples in the Old Testament where cases of voluntary death look like heroic deeds. Suicide becomes an absolutely sinful act at a certain historical time, when it has become too frequent. Adjustments to Christian ethics with its prohibitions were made by the Enlightenment and the right to shorten one's life became one's personal choice. The article presents the research of gifted students on the question of attitudes towards suicide from ancient times to the Middle Ages (group 1); attitudes towards suicide from the Middle Ages to the present (group 2); attitudes towards suicide from the New Age to the present (group 3). The research work is carried out for the purpose of condemning any manifestations of suicidal behavior, deep understanding of this problem from the most ancient times to the present.

Abstract:
The game of chess requires many hours of training in order to achieve the title of FIDE Master. The complex nature of the game requires higher cognitive skills and implicitly helps their development. We selected 2 third grade classes that have a total number of 67 pupils. They were assessed initially and finally to measure the intelligence quotient (I.Q.) and the level of spatial orientation. For testing the I.Q., we used the Raven Progressive Matrix and for the level of spatial orientation, the Bender-Santucci test. To check if the progress is statistically significant, we used paired samples t-test and calculated Cohen's d to quantify how large the difference between the two tests is. We performed a simple linear regression between intelligence and spatial orientation to see if the intelligence quotient is a predictor of the level of spatial orientation. We discover an upward regression line between I.Q. and spatial orientation. In conclusion, the level of spatial orientation can be improved through chess and this will positively influence the student's academic progress.

Abstract:
During the past decade there has been a dramatic increase in the number of cosmetic surgery procedures. This increase has in turn piqued the interest in the psychological aspects of this newly popular procedure.
The aim of the current study was to ascertain psychosocial factors expected to predict an interest in cosmetic surgery. For this purpose, we compared the results obtained by two groups of research on the following psychological variables: body images, self-esteem, appearance anxiety, subjective happiness, life satisfaction. The first group (surgery group -SG) was composed of 72 participants recruited from a private plastic surgery clinic in Bucharest, Romania. The second group (non-surgery group -NSG) was selected from the general population who are not willing to perform cosmetic surgery now or at any time soon. Individuals/participants were split into two homogeneous groups according to age, marital status, gender and education level. The data was analysed using correlation and multiple regression in order to identify any possible relationships between the variables, as well as find the best predictor for the likelihood of undergoing cosmetic surgery.
Analyses revealed self-esteem, overweight preoccupation, body satisfaction, subjective happiness and marital status significantly predicted higher levels of self-reported of acceptance aesthetic interventions. Self-esteem and body image were the strongest predictors of cosmetic surgery motivation. This information can help elucidate the psychological characteristics of individuals who are interested into and looking for cosmetic surgeries and significantly focus upon the relevance of the preliminary interview for patient screening when it comes to cosmetic

Abstract:
This article aims to investigate and explore present rehabilitation technology. Through the accumulated results of this review, we will summarise the support and benefits that the emergence of technologies in medicine provides. The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate how patient rehabilitation is evolving compared to traditional rehabilitation. The initial search identified 113 titles in the databases; 18 duplicate articles were removed automatically. The remaining 95 articles were examined by title and abstract, which resulted in the elimination of 59 studies. The full texts of the remaining 36 articles were read and evaluated; nine articles were excluded because they did not satisfy the inclusion criteria established for this study. At the evaluation stage, nine studies were thrown out because they did not fit into the medical fields that the research was looking into or because there was not enough data and information to analyse or rate the results. Other studies were excluded from the full-text evaluation because the study sample was not specified. Technology integration into rehabilitation presents obstacles such as high costs and limited accessibility. Researchers, medicinal professionals, and the technology industry must work together to develop more effective and cost-effective solutions. Nevertheless, these obstacles pale in comparison to the patient benefits of technology. In order to maximise the benefits and surmount the current challenges, it will be necessary to continue the research and development of these technologies in the future.

Abstract:
Energy is a crucial component of industrial development and the provision of essential services, as well as an essential element of economic development. Therefore, improving the integration of environmental and energy-efficiency concerns into environmental, economic, and social policies is an essential task for all nations. During the last decades, the trends in energy consumption are determined by economic activities, demographics, lifestyle changes, and weather. In these contexts, the objective of the current research will be to analyse and evaluate the correlations between energy efficiency, energy productivity, energy use and economic development using the linear regression method. Based on the results and the validated/invalidated hypothesis, the paper will propose, also, ways and means for a positive correlation and influence among the studies variables.

Abstract:
Background and Aim of Study: The aetiology of idiopathic scoliosis is still an unsolved problem. It is a three-dimensional spinal deformity that comprehensively impacts the musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems. The aim of this pilot study was to find out how adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) can be treated by means of the Acral Coactivation Therapy (ACT) method. Material and Methods: The study was conducted on a 16-year-old student who had a body weight of 56 kg and a body height of 166 cm and was in his second year of high school. The student was diagnosed with AIS. We acquired data by means of standard medical-therapeutic methods and procedures applied in patients with AIS. Radiographic parametres, such as the Cobb angle as well as the Anterior and Posterior Trunk Symmetry Indexes (ATSI/POTSI), including the SCODIAC programme, were used to monitor the student's progress. Results: In 2022, the student underwent a five-month exercise programme based on the ACT method, which was evaluated using clinical case study methods. The results showed a positive effect of the ACT method on the student's spine curvature and body posture. There was an improvement of 21 ° in the thoracic curve and 20 ° in the curvature of his lumbar spine. In addition, the ATSI/POTSI improved from 36 to 7 (with a difference (r) of 29). Conclusions: The acquired qualitative data show a positive effect of the ACT method when it comes to correction of the curvature in a student diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. The stated finding also points to the importance of regular physical activity in the student's movement regime.

Abstract:
The article examines the problem of interdependence of post-industrial society and the level of education based on the study of scientific and periodical sources. The meaning of the concept of "smart education" is clarified, its main elements are described. Studying the development of smart education in different regions of the world, conclusions are made about the impact of economic inequality and objective negative processes such as war. On the other hand, if previously weaker states involved the elements of intelligent education at a slow pace, today the acceleration of this pace is dictated by the objective world situation. The topicality of the topic is confirmed by the global focus on education problems, since today the crisis demonstrated the practically underdeveloped mechanism of smart education in all countries, which in difficult conditions was the most unbalanced, and in some regions was absent at all. The practical significance of the article is that the conclusions about the application of neuroscientific analysis of smart technologies, especially foreign ones, can be used in the smart concept of our country.

Abstract:
The article is pertinent as the approach to education in school is presently undergoing a troublesome period. Secondary education goals are evolving, with more and more new curricula and teaching approaches being developed, and activity-based education provisions being established and implemented. The quality of one's knowledge is determined by how one can use one's abilities and skills. Observed tendencies are closely connected with the creation and implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process. Non-traditional ways and forms of organizing education, including integrative ones, are beginning to be used in education. They encourage students to apprehend the world more promptly and shape an activity-based approach to learning. The objectives of integrated teaching are to generate the perfect environment for the expansion of students' thought processes throughout the teaching of different topics; to confront any disparities in the learning process; and to boost and develop students' eagerness for the referred to subjects. The article defines the purpose of integrated learning; outlines the conditions for effective integrated learning; investigates the principles on which integrated learning, its forms and models are based: the advantages and problem points of integrated learning are identified; the concept of cooperation in integrated learning is given; the role of neurodidactics in integrated learning is defined.

Abstract:
The institute of education is an instrument of advanced development, a means of forming a new shaping socio-cultural pattern, with its specific means of significant socialization potential in the conditions of rapid development of society's digitalization. Only education, in its present dimension - neuropedagogy, is able to conduct successful socialization of an individual by teaching her from the position of the laws of brain functioning; to intensify this process in the conditions of total digitalization in accordance with the laws of brain functioning. Intensive use of formal and informal education in the daily life of today's society and socialization of the population in the digital environment because of its activities in the virtual sphere create a wide space for the realization of opportunities. They are conditioned by the rapid dynamics of information flow as a global factor of modernity, generating both advantages and problems in the educational process, cognitive development, social adaptation of personality; formation of traditional ways of relations; changes in the neural architecture of the human brain in the long term; emergence of risks beyond the limits of the digital space. It was established how representatives of different generations, grouped into appropriate age focus groups and in the process of receiving formal and informal education, are socialized in the digital space. The paper reveals how the cognitive domain of personality changes under the influence of digitalization in the context of the respondents' stay in the educational environment. The specifics of socialization in the digital environment and the reasons for the preference of virtual form of communication were determined. The types of digital danger in the virtual environment were revealed.

Abstract:
An attempt is made to comprehend the latest developments in such a field of neuroscience as neuroethics, music through the perception of the human brain. Yes, for example, the key ideas of neuroethics are generally in line with the spirit of Kantian apriorism, reinterpreted in the current terms of cognitive neuroscience. Today, more and more arguments are found that "music excites such internal physiological programs that contribute to the restoration of the homeostatic equilibrium of the organism .... This means that music plays a role in human evolution.
The article proposes the concept of a musical module, which correlates with a cognitive neurostructure. The theoretical and methodological features of the formation of today's classical music are investigated. The methods of analysis, synthesis, explanatory, research and scientific methods have been applied to conduct an effective research. Priority directions of modern music development in the context of neurophysiological development have been determined. Formed the results of the study, which were the basis for determining aspects of prospective musical development. Scientific research in the field of music and the field of psychology is investigated, which is the basis for the development of neuroscience. The relevance of the article is determined by the need to adapt music to the challenges of information and communication society and to determine the prospects for further development of today's classical music.

Abstract:
The importance of knowledge management in facilitating a successful transition to a circular economy through the creation of a circular business model, as a substitute for the conventional linear economic approach, has not been extensively explored. The capacity of a company to coordinate, generate, and disseminate knowledge plays a crucial role in developing environmentally friendly industries and creating new employment opportunities. This article employs a literature review methodology to establish the connection between knowledge management and the shift towards a circular economy. The findings reveal that a company's eco-innovation process relies heavily on strategic knowledge management. Consequently, a comprehensive understanding of the system and self-motivated creativity are crucial components of expertise in creating sustainable circular business models. Hence, companies must consistently enhance their knowledge base to improve business processes, eco-efficiency, and eco-innovation.

Abstract:
Depression is a common emotional state in humans, which is sometimes triggered by stressful events and certain physical and/or mental conditions that may occur and may increase the body's vulnerability to various types of depressive disorders, causing sometimes organic changes difficult to quantify and to treat. Depressive conditions are major clinical problems that occur throughout life and often require a specialized treatment, but the use of the antidepressant compounds is often endangered by the risk of formidable side effects, requiring to stop the treatment or to use medicine doses that cannot determine the desired therapeutic results. These are reasons for the impressive expansion of the research on the depression types, with emphasize on etiological and etiopathogenetical studies, allowing the discovery of compounds with good therapeutic potential and an appropriate pharmacological profile to reduce the side effects. Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is a major public health problem, with increasing costs and frequency in recent years. Late diagnosis, inadequate treatment, lack of ongoing monitoring or ignorance of the disease can have serious consequences for the health of that individual, his family and his community. The mental state of a patient with diabetes is different from one moment to the next and varies with the stage of the disease and the appearance of various complications. The stress of chronic illness, the pressure to have a lifestyle and a diet according to medical recommendations, sadness, anger and even denial of the disease, are feelings experienced by patients with diabetes at least once in their lives.

Abstract:
Specialized studies conducted in the last decade have shown that the therapeutic success of specific treatment with tuberculostatic drugs, along with the decrease in the risk of relapse are elements that can only be achieved by increasing patients' adherence to treatment. This is of paramount importance, especially for pediatric populations, as they are subject to a higher rate of therapeutic dropout, dependent on a number of individual particularities (from socio-demographic characteristics, to the incidence of depressive disorders, to pathological personal history, etc.). When we talk about patient behavior, we refer to how he/she complies with the specialist's recommendation regarding: medication administration; following a diet; lifestyle changes.

Abstract:
Introduction
Mental health is a state of emotional, psychological and social well-being, where the individual manages to successfully manage daily life, valuing himself and others, while being socially integrated, happy and fulfilled.
Adaptability to the environment is the ability of the person or organism to adjust, to transform, according to the changes and demands of the environment. These skills require learning from experiences, finding creative solutions and developing the ability to cope with stressors. Integration into the environment requires constant personal development. Unfortunately, we live in times when the environment is changing at a speed that is difficult for the human body and psyche to manage and follow.
Material and method
In this study, part of a larger study, 80 diabetic patients aged between 19 and 70 years were included. The longitudinal research period was 2015-2022, following the number of days of hospitalization and the length of hospitalization for each hospitalization in "Sf. Ap. Andrei" Emergency Clinical Hospital Galati. The patients, in compliance with data protection and legislation in force, were administered a psychological questionnaire tracking their adaptability to the environment and their rational and irrational beliefs in relation to life. The data were centralized and analysed in the SPSS statistical software, looking for correlations between psychological aspects and hospitalization duration/frequency, assuming that patients with significant test results are patients suffering from diagnosed or not yet diagnosed psychosomatic disorders.
Conclusions
The results of the questionnaire and the anamnesis revealed that most of the patients had irrational beliefs and attitudes towards themselves, others and life, completely dysfunctional. Extrapolating that these patients also have psychosomatic disorders, we can state that the statistical results obtained predict that a person with psychosomatic disorders will have more frequent presentations to the doctor, while each hospitalization will be longer than that of patients with the same pathology, without associated psychosomatic disorders.
In this sense, both the correlations obtained and the linear regression with predictive value, force us to think in the long term and bring to light the need to implement a diagnostic tool at the disposal of the diabetologist, internist and emergency physician, for further collaboration with the psychiatric physician, all for the ultimate good of the patient.
