Abstract:
The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical counseling in the sphere of today's education in the interdisciplinary aspects, in particular, neuropsychology and neuropedagogy. An attempt to substantiate psychological and pedagogical counseling as a service of providing psychological assistance to the client through training and forming a new experience of adaptive behavior in accordance with the requirements of the educational environment is made. Theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical counseling are analyzed on the basis of the works on the current issues of psychological counseling by foreign and domestic researchers. The importance of psycho-consultative interaction in the conditions of inclusive education and teaching special children, taking into account the competencies of neuropedagogy, neuropsychology and neurophysiology was substantiated. The personal approach in the methodology of today's psychological and pedagogical counseling is defined as the main one, which is integrated with psychological approaches to counseling. The methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical counseling are defined by theoretical and methodological principles, psychological mechanisms for organizing and conducting counseling work and ethical principles and norms for manifestation of professional competence of a counselor.
It was found that psychological approaches such as person-centered, problem-oriented, and professional-competence approaches are most often applied to psychological and pedagogical counseling.

Abstract:
This article is based on a questionnaire of a relatively limited number of Ukrainian teachers-practitioners. We proved that emotional intelligence (hereafter — EI) in an educational institution can be sufficiently diagnosed by observation, and without using psychometric methods. We also classified and presented the main components of emotional intelligence, their essence, correlation with other qualities of psyche; gave markers for the definition of EI and markers of their dynamics over time. The article has theoretical nature, which determines the analytical and generalizing approach to its writing. While it has been writing, we had used a sociological survey (to collect data) and a number of theoretical methods: analysis, generalization, statistics (frequency selection, ranking) etc. The main data were obtained by analyzing the thematic literature and questionnaires of primary school teachers with sufficient experience (120 persons). The questionnaire was filled out mainly in electronic form, and sporadically in-person. The result was the systematization, correlation and labeling of the most common qualities of EI. Also, the hypothesis put forward in the article found theoretical confirmation (it is confirmed by the analysis of the experience of primary school teachers). The article is based on an investigation of only one, central, region of Ukraine, so it is representative and needs to expand the scope of research. This fact is a limitation of the study.

The psychological and technological approach to the methodological means of psychological training as a technology of impact on learning and personal development of the participants of training and correction to change their behavior is carried out. The psychological conditions of the use of methodological tools in psychological training are indicated. On the basis of the theoretical and methodological analysis the methodological tools are divided into basic blocks: educational-informational, psychological, simulation and role-playing. The stages of creating a self-efficient team are suggested. The main task of the trainer is to understand individual psychological features of clients and to choose the most adequate methodological means of training in order to change behavior or personal development in the necessary and used training technologies. Depending on the paradigm and purpose of psychological training, partner (democratic) and authoritarian (centrally managed) means of its carrying out are distinguished. The trainer's perceptions of the expectations and needs of the customers (training participants) and their capabilities are directly related to the design and selection of methodological tools for psychological training and to individual effectiveness and development - accordingly to the technological concept of training. The training technologies represent a creative resource for the training activity of a psychologist. The effectiveness of training depends on the technological concept of training, methodological principles and rules, taking into account the individual approach, the specificity of the problems of training in accordance with its main goals and objectives, the personal and professional competence of the trainer and partnership relations of the active group-team.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in the attitude of young people who reached adulthood toward their health during a period of moderate (epidemic) and strong (wartime) deprivation of comfortable life and a surge of national consciousness that changed egocentric accents to subjective general ones.
The use of methods of theoretical, systematic and comparative analysis, supplemented by statistical and correlational research, has shown: young people have hardly changed their own SCH after the deployment of tragic actions in their country: they have accumulated and directed the mental potential to achieve freedom, national self-identity and passionarity. At the same time, SCH has receded into the background and has not given way at all to the mass life-saving, protective or other egoistic patterns expected at the beginning of the study.
The international significance of the article is that, for the first time in science, the authors have begun to study SCH in the context of a global conflict that has unexpectedly affected personal self-preservation motives and increased attention to one's health.

Abstract:
The beginning of a full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine became a traumatic event of a powerful force for all the population of Ukraine. In the face of cruel military aggression, the need to develop a comprehensive approach to maintaining, preserving and restoring the psychological health of different segments of the population is becoming increasingly urgent. Day after day is increasing the need for competent and timely psychological intervention in the preparation of people for numerous trials. The problem of increasing the social and adaptive capabilities of a person, which involves the development of psychologically sound and empirically proven interventions that would restore the psychological health of the victims due to prolonged traumatization and has interfered with further complications. This paper examines and shows how war has changed people's life, routine and psychological first aid. The article emphasizes that the solution to problems with psycho-trauma lies not only in the development of the social protection system in Ukraine, a network of institutions that take care of mental health issues, and the training of specialists in methods of diagnosis and psycho-correction but also in work in society to change entrenched stereotypes. People need to know more about psychological trauma, post-traumatic syndrome, and ways to provide first aid because, unfortunately, psycho-trauma is a part of life, especially nowadays. The research deeply highlights the social and emotional effects of psycho trauma and aims to develop a comprehensive approach to preserving and restoring the psychological health of the individual who has suffered from prolonged hostilities and their consequences. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of technologies for the restoration of psychological health of personality; to investigate the technologies of social and psychological rehabilitation of participants of hostilities, internally displaced persons, and the population of Ukraine, which was affected as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation; identify ways of mobilizing personality resources that ensure the effectiveness of social and psychological rehabilitation.

Abstract:
Introduction. Little is known about the activity of the military gendarmes in south-eastern Europe, which involves managing high-risk missions. In order to understand the factors underlying well-being in this population, the aim was to examine the relationship between operational stress and well-being, as well as the mediating role of social support and coping strategies. Methodology. This a cross-sectional corellational study of the relationship between perceived operational stress and well-being. Moreover, the mediating role of social support and coping strategies (seeking social support, positive reassessment, self-control) was examined. Results. Stress has a significant negative effect on well-being. Social support, but not the coping strategies, acts as a mediator of the relationship between operational stress and well-being. Discussions and conclusions. The results have implications for improving the overall well-being of military gendarmes, by developing intervention strategies focused on raising awareness of the importance of social support, increasing perceptions of available support, understanding supplier value and developing skills to provide support within the military organization.

Abstract:
In the last 20 years, computer technology has developed rapidly, and internet-based social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, or Twitter) have proliferated even faster, becoming a very important part of people's lives. But in recent years, a dependence to these sites has emerged, called by many authors social media addiction.
In the present study, we aim to analyze if there really is an addiction to social media networks, what are its demographic aspects, which are the health problems that occur in these addicted people, and how to intervene therapeutically in these cases.
Currently, social media addiction is not recognized as a disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, but is considered more of a behavioral addiction or a subtype of Internet addiction.
If we look at this matter from an anthropological and philosophical point of view, such type of addiction can originate in what is related to the specificity of man in the contemporary world.
Symptoms of excessive use of SM networks may include decreased ability to concentrate and decreased academic performance, insomnia, altered self-perception, decreased self-esteem, anxiety, depressed mood, and psycho-emotional lability.
SM addiction prevention strategies should be implemented based on behavioral risk factors and demographic characteristics. The goal of treatment for this type of addiction, unlike other addictions, is not total abstinence, but rather controlled use of social networks, and relapse prevention should use strategies based on cognitive-behavioral therapies.

Abstract:
Experiences of person reveal his/her real-life relationships. Process of change of problematic relationship of students through psychological defenses is also experienced. Objective: distinguish characteristic time experiences of students due to systematic use of psychological defenses in the organization of life. Hypothesis: for student's systematic use of psychological defenses for solving problems with high probability is associated with expressed experiences of violation of the integrity and disintegration of duration of the performed processes of vital activity. Methods. 139 randomly selected students were subjects (aged: Me=19.00; min=17.00; max=26.00). The following standardized methodologies were used to collect empirical data: questionnaire "Life Style Index" (R.Plutchik, G.Kellerman); Freiburg Personality Inventory (FPI, Form Ð’); scale of subjective control of R.Baumeister; scale "competence in time" from text of self-actualization (E.Shostrom); methodology "Scale of time experience" (A.A.Kronik, E.I.Golovaha). Results: Completeness of experience by the subjects of the current moment implies a high stability of their personal organization and is associated with experiences in the current time of speed, limitation, diversity, and is also associated with the psychological defenses of substitution and regression. For subjects with reduced stability of personal organization there is a higher tendency to use such psychological defenses: substitution; regression; compensation; denial of reality. The defensive mechanisms of substitution and regression are associated with the experience of time as spasmodic and intermittent, in addition, substitution is associated with the unpleasant experience of time, and regression with its organization and fragmentation. Conclusions. Use of students of psychological defenses of replacement and regression, which limit and distort perceived information, is accompanied by experience of time as a fractioned, fragmented sequence of actual changes in a meaningful process.

Abstract:
The way formal organisations (governmental), non-formal (non-governmental) organisations, and informal citizen communication deal with social crisis pro-socially, that is, to the benefit of others, accounts for some characteristics that are worth fathoming in order to create the framework for the development of better communication strategies and better and faster prosocial reaction within socially challenging crisis contexts. Crisis communication has been tackled in public relations mostly with regard to governmental and nongovernmental organisations, whilst citizen informal communication has not been a matter of PR scientific focus so far, and neither has a comparison between these ways to communicate been approached for that matter. As speed is key in communication, and mostly within a refugee crisis, a double fold quantitative and qualitative analysis of the communication content and strategies used by key social actors in a hub-country of refugee reception like Romania in the emergency context created by Russia's invasion of Ukraine may provide useful scientific information to generate consequent strategic improvements. This content analysis methodological approach on communication in the social media and on websites of such various outlets (the Facebook pages and groups of the Romanian Red Cross, UNICEF, Romanian Government, the "Uniți pentru Ucraina" group, the Romanian government, UNICEF and Red Cross websites) from 24th February 2022, the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, to the moment, allows intriguing conclusions about the effectiveness, timeliness, and constancy in communicating support in times of social crisis within a prosocial approach in Romania to receiving refugees from the conflict areas in Ukraine.

Abstract:
The problem deserves special attention, given the urgent need to improve the process of forming the professional competence of future elementary school teachers associated with the need to optimize the components of the educational system in accordance with the needs of students, employers and conditions of postmodern social development. The analysis of the available developments allowed us to determine that the use of innovative learning technologies aimed at the development of the personality of future elementary school teachers is considered promising. The content of professional competence of future elementary school teachers has been analyzed. It was found out that there is no unified approach to the definition of its structure, but the necessary elements are reflexive, operational, methodical, motivational. The development of mobility, creativity and formation of individual pedagogical style are considered necessary for a future teacher. The directions for improving the professional training of future elementary school teachers have been proposed. In particular, they include the definition of ways of forming students' motivation to master the future profession and further continuous professional development, as well as updating the content and structure of professional training in view of the features of postmodern education. The introduction into the educational process of such innovations as methods of active and intensive learning, cooperative learning and coaching technology, which showed positive results in the process of their use, was substantiated. Further research on this aspect consists of the development of methodological recommendations for updating educational programs for training elementary school teachers in the conditions of postmodern development of education and experimental testing of the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract:
The topic of the article is relevant, as the education of children with special needs (OOP) is one of the most pressing and debatable problems of modern education today. The issue of education of children with disabilities becomes relevant due to the significant increase in the number of this group in society, on the one hand, and emerging new opportunities for their adaptation in society, on the other hand. The purpose of the article is to study the functioning system of special education support centers in working with children with special educational needs; familiarization with requirements for psychological and educational support for the development of a child with disabilities; psychological and pedagogical neurotechnologies in working with children with special educational needs; presentation of effective psychological and pedagogical technologies in working with children with special educational needs. As a social group of society, the children must first of all receive real conditions for obtaining quality education, starting from school, and then for obtaining professional training with further employment and adaptation in society. Changes in the school education system could affect only the content of corrective and developmental education for children with disabilities.

Abstract:
A particular group among children, who have difficulties in mastering skills of social and everyday orientation, is the category of children with disorders of the autistic spectrum, characterised by their corresponding specifics of mental and social development.
The article describes the experience on programmes development and implementation of the approaches aimed specifically at the development of social and household skills in children with ASD (autism spectrum disorder). The psychological and pedagogical fundamentals of work on improvement of the formation of social and everyday orientation skills in children with autistic spectrum disorders are considered.
Disorders of the autistic spectrum, a peculiar disorder of the child's mental development, determine the features of mastering the skills of social and household orientation. Such peculiarities of development determine the development of behavioural skills in everyday life and society as the specificity of the functioning of higher mental functions, stereotypy, rigidity of behaviour, limitations of social contacts with adults, problems of the process of consistent activity. The development of social and household orientation in children with autism spectrum disorders requires the implementation of special purposefully organised activities that consider both the structure and peculiarities of this type of disorder and the social situation of the development of a specific child.

Abstract:
The motric activities for children who have special educational needs (SEN) are adapted and individualized to their deficiencies. It is also considered that the development of motor skills facilitates their participation in various educational activities carried out at school, thus providing some learning opportunities. The article analyzes the way motor abilities influence the children with SEN in the school adaptation. The research was conducted between January and February 2022 at the School Center for Inclusive Education Brașov (Romania). The study included 8 subjects with intellectual disabilities (ID) and associated disabilities, with an average age of 5.8 years (SD = 1.3). The motor skills test was performed by applying Movement Assessment Battery for Children, Second Edition (M ABC-2), using evaluation items for balance, manual dexterity and for throwing and catching objects. School functionality was assessed by the School Function Assessment (SFA), through which the ability to perform the physical and cognitive-behavioral tasks of the children concerned was determined. The results obtained showed a significant connection (r= .934) between the variable of motor skills and the variable of school functionality, which leads us to conclude that motor skills can improve the functional adaptation of children with SEN to activities in the school environment.

Abstract:
The article describes physical and neurophysiological rehabilitation of women of childbearing age with extragenital pathology, the most common oncologic pathologies of female genitalia. The article aims to develop a programme of physical and neurophysiological rehabilitation for women of childbearing age with extragenital pathology who underwent ovariectomy and evaluate its effectiveness. The authors observed 100 women aged between 18 and 45: the control group (CG) - 50 women and the experimental group (EG) - 50 women; each group was also divided into two age sub-groups - 18-29 years old and 30-45 years old. The exercise therapy included physical and neurostimulation rehabilitation measures: calisthenic routine, static and dynamic breathing exercises, shallow breathing, some elements of muscle relaxation and autogenic training, dosed walking inside the ward, going up the stairs, as well as dosed walking using treadmills, pelvic floor exercises. Methods of studying rehabilitation effectiveness are the following: instrumental methods (heart rate monitoring; arterial tonometry; respiratory rate measuring; spirometry); functional tests (hypoxic Stange and Genchi tests; orthostatic tests; clinostatic tests); laboratory research methods (clinical blood tests). The article proves that the employed methods of physical rehabilitation helped to increase indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in EG patients aged between 18 and 29 3-5 days earlier and EG patients aged between 30 and 45 - 3-4 days earlier than that in CG. It proves the effectiveness of the developed programme of physical rehabilitation for women of childbearing age with extragenital pathology who underwent ovariectomy.

Abstract:
The article considers modern neurophysiological approaches to the readiness of future coaches to act adequately in unusual situations and clarifies real indicators of emotional readiness of future coaches.
Objective of the article is complex. We planned to substantiate the role of the emotional-volitional sphere as decisive in quick and effective decision-making by coaches and athletes, to outline neurophysiological, psychometric (real emotional-volitional readiness of students) partially - pragmatic (requirements of today's sports and coaching realities). We used mainly theoretical (analysis and generalization of sources), empirical (observations, surveys, questionnaires, psychometric testing and mathematical methods of data processing) approaches.
Finally, we summarized and explained current trends in the context of understanding social, didactic and neurophysiological mechanisms of an emotional maturity.
In the article, the authors proved that in Ukrainian higher education institutions emotional readiness is not formed enough, and instead of the modern inter-scientific neurocentric approach, the modernist approach dominates. Statistical processing of a survey, questionnaire and test data showed mostly low indicators for all key parameters (anxiety, self-control, ability to self-regulate, etc.). This requires a further theoretical research and methodological reform of Ukrainian physical education and coaching education with the introduction of self-regulatory practices, the development of professional reflection and emotional stability. International significance of the article.
The article draws educators' attention to the problems of psycho-emotional readiness of young people to solve difficult life and work situations, as recently young people in Europe prefer hyperreal activity and communication, which slows down the formation of readiness for rapidly changing highly responsible life challenges.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to a complex research of interdependence of subjective indices of women's satisfaction during fitness training on differentiated planning of such training taking into account phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle (OMC) and individual peculiarities of personal psychophysiological profile of participants.
The study involved 93 women aged 22—27 engaged in fitness at the sports club "Spartak" in Kamianske. Women were divided into two groups: EG — experimental group (n=51) and CG — control group (n=42). The first group was studied taking into account the phases of OMC, the second group — without it. To achieve the objectives we used the following scientific methods: theoretical, empirical, psycho-diagnostic, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. It was determined that the manifestation of physical skills is closely related to women's general physical well-being and mental parameters in different phases of ОMC. Comparative analysis of the data shows that the indicators of functional and psycho-emotional states of EG women significantly exceed the results of CG. The results of the article proved the importance of subjective markers of satisfaction and their determinant effects on the overall effectiveness of fitness and also proved the possibility to take into account the phases of OMC and the individual characteristics of the psychophysiological profile of women in the planning of fitness programs and changes in marketing policy of fitness centers.

Abstract:
The research aims to identify the current situation of critical thinking (CT) in the Romanian mentality, from the perspective of interventions necessary to increase specific skills. We start from an analysis of the main approaches of CT specific to Western educational practices, these being the reference for a comparative analysis of the situation in Romania. Because we cannot exclude the possibility of the existence of certain CT specific contents camouflaged in the Romanian educational practices (that correspond to the western ones but they have other names), we carry out an analysis of the specific CT contents to observe the differences and possible similarities. Considering that CT involves the ability to discover boundaries (e.g.: discovering one's own cognitive boundaries), we look at the issue of potential boundaries. The approach includes analyzing the risk of CT marketing and the limits of specific CT interventions outlined by the mindsets of different communities. The research includes the evaluation of the existence of cultural limits possibility, starting from the question: "Is there a cultural place of CT (is it a value) in the Romanian mentality?". We evaluate the coherence of CT with social values, considering that in the absence of values that enhance its possibility, the probability of success of CT is diminished. Since we cannot a priori exclude the risk of importing models that do not match the mentality and values of this society, we analyze the problem from the perspective of the shapes without fond theory (a relevant questioning paradigm for Romanian society).

Abstract:
The Heideggerian metaphysical ontology aims, above all, to reconceptualise the relationship between Being and being and to relate this founding corellation to human existence. For Heideggarian analysis, the authentic school of thought of the ancient Greeks has been forgotten, discarded, with this very act, itself, being silenced. Thus, the initial concept of Being, as thought up by Plato or the pre-Socratic philosophers, was replaced with that of being, resulting in the confusion of the two. Therefore, for more than two thousand years, the tradition of Western philosophy would discuss Being, but in reality the concept at stake was that of being. The Being, as a primordial reality without which absolutely nothing can be thought and uttered, not even Nothingness itself, was excluded from the exercise of meditation, being confused with beings, with ephemeral existences, be they material or animated. While looking for answers regarding the inquiry into the nature of Being, beings were wrongly looked at. But the Being continued to manifest its luminosity, in the sense evoked by Heideggerian metaphysics, especially around man, the only being of a special type, located in the opening of the Being, (Da-Sein) which can be reoriented from beings to Being, becoming, according to Heidegger, the shepherd of Being. Only in this way does he realize that his existence is a poetic one, that is, open to the non-hiding of the Being, in the sense of Heideggerian terminology. What is this type of poetic universally-human existence, so that it does not belong only to the poet, why was it forgotten along with the Being and what danger threatens modern man through this forgetfulness evoked by Heidegger? This article aims to capture some aspects of the conceptual area of these topics.

Abstract:
The presented article outlines vectors of transformation of basic values of Good-Truth-Beauty in the network. The epistemological, moral-ethical, and aesthetic aspects are offered, which allows revealing the forms of representation of initial values in the Internet culture. In particular, the planes of the intersection of the axes "good/evil", "truth/lie", and "beautiful/ugly" in social media are presented. The authors are concerned about the assertion of equivalence and blurring of the boundaries between good and evil, which can lead to permissiveness that is covered by anonymity, symbolism, and nominalisation provided by social networks. The article explores the articulation of the problem of evil in the Internet through the use of the heuristic potential of aesthetic experience. An analysis of modern aesthetic forms of the representation of evil in network culture through the prism of such basic values as Goodness-Truth-Beauty is carried out. It is shown how these values are deformed and sometimes turn into their opposite with the help of aesthetic means. It is shown that modern propaganda, which is carried out in social networks, actively uses existential features of perception and experience of truth. In the course of the study, the opinion is substantiated that reflexive judgment allows to attract aesthetic means to the moral understanding of manifestations of evil in the absence of stable standards and moral guidelines in social networks.

Abstract:
The article highlights the trends of the present world, the informatization of society, the intensive development of innovative technologies entails a rethinking of values in art and language environment. Learning a language certainly includes considering a whole range of external circumstances in which it really develops and actively functions: the society that uses the language, its social structure, age difference between native speakers, social status, level of culture and education, place of residence, as well as differences in their speech behavior depending on the language situation. The relevance of the study is determined by the change in human consciousness during the postmodern cultural era, a feature of which is the rethinking of values, the definition of specific trends in the philosophical essence of the postmodern. The study presents the theoretical foundations of postmodern reflection in the social manifestation of speech. Postmodern forms a value attitude to progress as a single unchanging constant, formed throughout historical development.
The article examines the conditions of equality of social factors between men and women who choose different strategies of speech behavior, manifested in the models of text construction, use of linguistic means, associations arising in both sexes as one of the aspects of postmodern semantic representation. In the course of the study the concept of "ethnicity" is defined, replacing the concept of "ethnos" and denoting the existence of separate ethnic groups.
The study is based on the method of analysis and synthesis, the research, descriptive and scientific method was used to determine the postmodern aspect of the social factor of language variation. The results of the study are the basis for determining the social factor of speech in the context of postmodern society.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the interaction between creator and audience that occurs in the new modes of art practices. Within this field, experimenting with technology is accompanied by emergence of new art forms and genres. Thus, it seems appropriate to view technologies as a mediator in the dynamic process of communication between the creator and viewer. In this context, a number of innovative projects were considered that emerged in the art practices of the recent decades. The choice of the projects is determined by the specific expressive means and by the features of interaction of these means on the basis of contemporary technologies. Creation of these projects resulted from the ideas and achievements of the 1970s—1990s. At first, it was "pure" experimentation, aimed at expanding the range of new expressive components and testing them. Afterwards, modern art products created within this direction are mature and complete. To evoke the interest of the audience, the use of multimedia and installations based on interactive technologies are employed. Technologies stimulate further evolution of art, i.e. they contribute to forming the new genres, and trends. It was concluded that technologies constitute a toolkit that de facto serves as a catalyst enabling practical realization of the artistic polylogue within the creative process: from the point when the idea is conceived, through its fulfillment in the creator's design and up to its presentation when its communicative models of influence aimed at the art communities are activated.

Abstract:
Symmetry belongs to one of the basic principles of the beauty of human and non-human objects since antiquity. Even though its significance has been verified by numerous theories and research studies, there is a number of papers suggesting that this principle may be false. The study identifies five major evolutionary principles, in the context of new approaches and research ambiguities based mainly on neuroscience and evolutionary psychology, that support the thesis that highlights the significance of symmetry in the perception and assessment of attractiveness: 1. symmetry as an honest signal of various health characteristics; 2. symmetry as proof of developmental stability; 3. effectiveness; 4. comprehensibility; 5. predictability. In the context of the mechanisms described above it also seeks possible explanations for the existence of contradictory research results related to the attractiveness of symmetry. The outcome of the study is the postulation of three hypotheses: 1. the naturalness hypothesis (symmetry is only attractive to the same degree that it naturally occurs in the subject); 2. the accent hypothesis (minor asymmetries do not disprove the principles of symmetry, they make them more visible); 3. the ecology hypothesis (the attractiveness of symmetry is conditioned by the situation and depends on the type of subject assessed) that allow us to integrate both past and contemporary (and putatively contradictory) research findings. The paper also provides proposals for the verification of the postulated hypotheses.

Abstract:
The system of pre-established harmony proposed by Leibnizian ontology gives perspective to a Universe thought of as a perfect machine, or as a "perfect kingdom, governed by an absolute Prince". In this "žbest of all possible worlds", the occurrence of evil requires an extremely thorough justification. With regard to the prospective motivation and argument in favor of existence of evil in the world, the ethical positioning of the human soul, conceived of as a superior monad, capable of true understanding and a reflection of divine grace, can also be outlined. What place, therefore, does evil occupy in the Leibnizian universal equation and how is it possible to embody it from the perspective of free will? In a system of such predetermined order, what possibility is there for the existence of freedom? In this universal order, what place does absolute necessity, hypothetical necessity and moral necessity occupy? And what is their connection with the essential cosmic logical, geometrical and metaphysical principles? Do reason, will, and power, as absolute features of the Godhead, contribute to guaranteeing the ethical responsibility of higher monads? How does Leibniz bring together the predetermination and typology of fatality expressed through the paradigms: fatum mahometanum, fatum stoicum and fatum christianum? "Divinity as the first agent and man as the patient and second agent" - is a Leibnizian interpretation of the relation of predetermination. Evil and free will are recognized only in the framework of hypothetical necessity.
So, therefore, in the present work we will analyze, among other things, the Leibnizian interpretation of the ratio of predetermination, recalling the difference between being inclined and being forced in making a decision.

Abstract:
The article aims to study the issues of university teachers and students from the faculties of physical education and sport to improve the educational process based on the principles of network planning. The article presents the results of the sociological questioning of the subjects of the educational process of physical education and sport faculties about the problems in the organization and planning of effective learning, as well as appropriate optimizing recommendations. A subject correlation matrix has been developed in the furtherance of this goal, in which each subject has a specific line and column. The analysis of the subjects' matrix allows one to pre-determine the order of study of individual subjects in courses and cycles, their relationship and interframe sequence. Within the framework of the experiment, the authors of the article have surveyed 52 university teachers and 450 physical education students. The survey included questions relating to personal opinions about the advantages and disadvantages of the new curriculum and relevant programmes in 16 major subjects. Statistical data processing was carried out using the SPSS Statistics 17.0 software package. The recommended concentrated arrangement of the leading subjects of the biomedical cycle will allow one to create an interdisciplinary programme giving a complete vision of the structure, functions and biochemical processes occurring in various human body systems.

Abstract:
The paper studies the current situation of the multimodal freight transport sector in Romania, using the analysis of its external and internal environment. The goal is to find out what are the pluses and minuses of this sector and what strategies must be adopted so that the targets set by the European Green Deal can be reached. This EU strategy emphasizes that, in order to reduce pollution, emphasis must be placed on multimodal transport, with an emphasis on rail transport.
Thus, the general external environment is defined by the following factors: demographic, economic, technological, ecological, etc. While the labor force crisis in the road transport of goods deepens, and the average age of the staff in the railway sector is getting higher, the policy of the EU and, implicitly, of the EU member states stimulates multimodal transport, in order to reduce CO2 emissions. The Porter model shows that, despite the forces acting in a negative direction, the multimodal freight transport market is attractive. At the same time, from the strategic group belong both multinational corporations and enterprises with domestic capital, which underlines the attractiveness of the market. Thus, it is necessary to apply the strategy that involves a reduction of costs, but not by decreasing the quality of the services offered. On the other hand, the SWOT analysis indicates that multimodal freight transport in Romania is in the ideal/maximum situation. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an aggressive strategy. Thus a net competitive advantage will be ensured. The strategy consists in stimulating rail freight transport, which will contribute to reducing pollution.

Abstract:
The paper focuses on the use of strategic forecasting using the Relevant Tree Method and the Scenario Method for rail freight transport in order to achieve the objectives established in the European Green Deal.
The Relevant Tree Method shows that the solution for stimulating rail freight traffic in Romania consists in increasing the allocation of funds for the modernization works of the railway infrastructure. Thus, an important part of the internal freight traffic will be transferred from the road system to the railway. "The modernization of the railway infrastructure involves major works to modify the infrastructure, which will improve its overall performance", according to the Law 202/2016.
On the other hand, the emergency plan resulting from the use of the Scenario Method shows that if the conditions for the development of the external environment for the organizations in the rail freight transport sector end up being very favourable, it is required to adopt some measures in time, for the employment personnel in this sector, so as to increase the competences of organizations in this field. Thus, it is necessary to grant motivating salary packages, which also include professional training programs, as well as capitalizing on access to know-how, which will be favoured by European funds. This will avoid the wear and tear of locomotives and wagons, but also of equipment and installations.

Abstract:
The authors have attempted a philosophical essay to comprehend the phenomenon of statehood, society, decentralization and culture in the context of the philosophy of mind and (partially) the neuroscientific paradigm.
The authors used a number of theoretical methods: from historical analysis and reconstruction of the phenomenon of philosophy of mind and establishing the role of human subjectivity and "selfhood" in sociopolitical processes, to philosophical reflection and essayistic parascientific author interpretations.
The main result is a new view of decentralization in the context of postmodernist consciousness, where the background (postmodern) and sociopolitical result (decentralization) are the synergistic result of human social networks' realization of neurocognitive natural ability to parallel coexistence of personal and social.
As a result, the virtual and material manifestations of the globalized informatized post-industrial society, which has received postmodernist experience, have conditioned total decentralization. At the same time, politically administrative is only a partial manifestation of it, while civil society seeks to diversify its needs and ways of solving them as much as possible.
The international significance of the article lies in its universality: it complementarily analyzes the neuroscientific, cultural-mystetic, philosophical, social, and political dimensions of a civil postmodern society that seeks maximum decentralization of all superstructures and maximum delegation of managerial functions to its members and groups.

Abstract:
The article analyzes theoretical and methodological foundations of sports psychological counseling, taking into account professional requirements for the personality of the athlete. The problem of the influence of psychological counseling on the personal development of the athlete is theoretically examined. Recent technologies of psychological counseling for the personal development of athletes are presented. The main tasks of sports and psychological counseling on personal development are considered. The personal criteria of formation of psychological readiness of the athlete for professional activity in the context of the personality-oriented approach to sports-psychological counseling are specified. The influence of professional deformations on the structure of the athlete's personality is emphasized and consultative technologies of their weakening are offered. At the methodological and applied level it is proved that in the sports-psychological counseling the problem of development of the athlete's personality is inextricably linked with his / her individual sports style. Recommendations on technologies for the development of the client's confidence on the principles of trust and partnership in the process of counseling work with the conveyance have been developed, taking into account the individual approach, the presence of personal deformities in the client-athlete.
